She keeps us informed when the cruise line changes their itinerary or adds fuel surcharges. There is always an open line of communication. "In 2001 Phyllis Rosewell had taken care of all the arrangements for my trip of a lifetime...to Ireland. All plans were complete and handled without a hitch...until Tuesday, September 11th when everything changed.

We were scheduled to depart on Saturday, September 15th and all of a sudden there were no flights at all. As the week progressed some air traffic began to resume but there were still no international flights allowed.

Phyllis kept us informed every step of the way with the options and possible problems so we could make the best choice for us.
